Where we are
Based in the highly regulated and respected International Finance Centre of Guernsey, Channel Islands, BOW are proud to be part of the island’s history of over 50 years of providing local and international Fiduciary services.
Along with modern Trust law, Guernsey has a stable and reputable legal framework and courts, making it a highly suitable jurisdiction for establishing private wealth structures for International Clientele. The island also maintains tax neutrality insofar that generally, the activities undertaken in respect of Private Wealth structures are taxed at 0% and there are no provisions for forced heirship in Guernsey’s domestic law.
Company law on the island is both modern and highly flexible, allowing migration in and out of Companies as well as flexibility concerning redenomination and distributions. Assisting businesses established in the Jurisdiction is a world-class selection of support services, such as world-renowned legal and accountancy firms.
Remaining firmly on the EU whitelist for co-operative jurisdictions in respect of international tax cooperation is testament to Guernsey’s commitment to all OECD and US initiatives on automatic exchange of information; with a well-established and capitalized banking system in addition to a highly stable political and constitutional position, the island continues to be an excellent choice for a range of businesses and structures.
